Already in the 60's, is reunited with his former teacher and together they share the knowledge that Mariano has gained over time who does not conform to what is already known, and learns from his old teacher, artistic portrait painting bromoil . With the firm intention of continuing to improve his painting technique, Mariano Sánchez receives drawing classes at the Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, this being a very fruitful period for learning is concerned. In the 70's, thanks to the knowledge acquired in the Fine Arts, specializing in artistic portrait and receives many commissions that keep you busy for about 10 years almost exclusively with this type of paint as even then his technique in this specialty is highly appreciated by those who know him.
